LIVING LAW RITUAL WEDUS KENDHIT SEBAGAI REAKTUALISASI MAQASHID SYARIAH DALAM MEMBANGUN TASAMUH DAN KEADILAN SOSIAL

This study examines the Wedus Kendhit ritual in the bedah sumber tradition in

Blitar as a living law that reactivates maqashid syariah to build tolerance and agrarian social

justice. The objectives of this study are to describe the practice of the Wedus Kendhit ritual

as a living law, analyze the reactivation of maqashid syariah, and reveal its function in

realizing tolerance and social justice. The research method used a qualitative approach with

participant observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study techniques, analyzed

through ethnography, maqashid analysis, and functional analysis. The results show that the

Wedus Kendhit ritual is a flexible and adaptive living law, reflecting local ijtihad in

responding to agrarian needs. Maqashid analysis identifies the achievement of five sharia

objectives: preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property. This ritual embodies

tasamuh through inclusiveness and social justice through the equitable distribution of meat,

creating organic solidarity and the moral economy of farmers. In conclusion, Wedus Kendhit

offers a model for the re-actualization of sharia maqashid based on local wisdom that

contributes to social harmony and sustainable agriculture.

Model Ekopesantren Majelis Taklim Konservasi Mata Air Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Talun Blitar

Kecamatan Talun Kabupaten Blitar memiliki sumber mata air yang tidak pernah kering dan vital bagi irigasi pertanian, namun menghadapi ancaman degradasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kearifan lokal pengelolaan mata air dan merumuskan model ekopesantren majelis taklim untuk konservasi berkelanjutan. Metode kualitatif studi kasus digunakan dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion terhadap pengurus majelis taklim, tokoh masyarakat, dan petani. Hasil penelitian menemukan kearifan lokal "buwuhan" (larangan menebang pohon radius mata air) dan tradisi "bersih desa". Model ekopesantren yang dirumuskan meliputi integrasi fiqh lingkungan dalam pengajian, pembentukan Laskar Hijau, penanaman pohon catchment area, dan edukasi pertanian ramah lingkungan. Implementasi pilot project menunjukkan peningkatan tutupan vegetasi 35% dan partisipasi masyarakat 78%. Model ini efektif mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual Islam dengan konservasi mata air berbasis kearifan lokal dan berpotensi direplikasi di majelis taklim lainnya.

This study examines Penataran Temple and Gong Kyai Pradah in Blitar as models of contemporary cosmic-social harmony through an archaeoacoustics and spiritual rituals approach. The objectives of this study are to analyze the archaeoacoustics of Penataran Temple in shaping cosmic harmony, to reveal the function of the spiritual rituals of Gong Kyai Pradah in constructing social harmony, and to formulate a model for integrating the two for contemporary harmony. The research method uses mixed methods with technical acoustic measurements, multisensory participant observation, in-depth interviews, and sonic ethnography, analyzed through quantitative acoustic analysis, phenomenology, ethnography, and model building. The results show that Penataran Temple has unique acoustic characteristics that create a transcendent spiritual experience, while the Gong Kyai Pradah ritual builds social capital through inclusive sonic spirituality. The integration of the two produces the principle of cosmic-social harmony based on sound as a universal medium, heritage as a shared identity, and transformative performative rituals. In conclusion, this model offers an innovative approach to peace education, interfaith dialogue, and social cohesion in the contemporary era.

GENEALOGI DAN DEKONSTRUKSI SAKRALITAS RUANG AIR SUCI RAMBUT MONTE DALAM PERSPEKTIF TEOLOGI ISLAM PLURALIS

This study examines the Monte Hair Holy Water in Blitar as a sacred space visited by people of different religions through a genealogical-deconstructive approach and pluralistic Islamic theology. The purpose of this study is to trace the genealogy of the site's sacralization, deconstruct the concept of the sacredness of space, and analyze ritual practices as manifestations of religious tolerance. The research method uses a qualitative approach with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study techniques, analyzed through Foucault's genealogy and Derrida's deconstruction. The results of the study show that the sacredness of Air Suci Rambut Monte is a layered historical construction involving various actors and discourses. Deconstruction dismantles the sacred-profane binary opposition, revealing the ambiguity and multiplicity of meanings from the visitors' perspective. This site functions as a third space that facilitates organic interfaith dialogue. The pluralistic Islamic theological perspective legitimizes local practices through the concepts of tasamuh, barakah, and rahmatan lil 'alamin. In conclusion, the Holy Water of Rambut Monte offers a model of inclusive local wisdom that contributes to the discourse of global harmony and contemporary religious pluralism.

PENGARUH MEDIA CROSSWORD PUZZLE TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA BAHASA ARAB SISWA KELAS 2 SD IT AL MUBAROK

This study aims to analyze the effect of using crossword puzzles on the Arabic vocabulary mastery of second-grade students at SD IT Al Mubarok. This study was motivated by students’ low ability to memorize and understand Arabic vocabulary, as the learning process still relies on monotonous rote memorization methods. Consequently, students tend to be less active, easily become bored, and lack concentration during learning activities. This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 24 second-grade students at SD IT Al Mubarok. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics, including tests of normality, homogeneity, and a paired-sample t-test. The results of the study show an increase in students’ average scores from 62 on the pretest to 84 on the posttest. The results of the hypothesis test yielded a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a calculated t-value of 8.947, which is greater than the critical t-value of 2.07. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of crossword puzzles has a significant impact on students’ mastery of Arabic vocabulary. In addition to improving learning outcomes, this method also enhances students’ engagement, focus, and enthusiasm throughout the learning process.
