PENERAPAN PERMAINAN BAHASA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA (MUFRADAT) (Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslihuun Tlogo Blitar)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the process and learning outcomes using language games (Quizizz) to improve the mastery of Arabic vocabulary (mufradat) of class XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslihuun Tlogo Kanigoro Blitar students in 2021. The research subjects were 20 students. Sources of data used come from teachers and students. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of language games in class XI Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muslihuun Tlogo Kanigoro Blitar in Information and Communication Technology materials, the teacher uses many language games including Quizizz, many words and choose words to teach Arabic vocabulary (mufradat). Quizizz can improve vocabulary mastery very well and successfully. The proof is that students can understand vocabulary while feeling happy when learning Arabic. In using this language game the student's score increases. The driving factors in the success of the game are teachers, students and the media. The inhibiting factors are different intellectual aspects, different interests and enthusiasm of students, individual differences in class, and a language environment that does not support students' abilities.
